Had an awesome time with my friends! We visited the Dallas Zoo and enjoyed the thrills at Six Flags Over Dallas. The room was comfortable, making it a great spot to relax after a day of waterslides at Bahama Beach Waterpark. The front desk staff was super nice and welcoming, adding to our positive experience. Just a heads up, the breakfast could be better coordinated.

The furniture in the hallway seemed a bit outdated and could use some cleaning. A couple of spots looked like they needed attention, which detracted from our overall experience.

The hotel staff was very polite and accommodating during our stay. However, we faced multiple issues with our room keys and a room that was occupied upon check-in. With friendly service, it's still a decent option for families, but improvements in room management are needed.

my stay was really nice, far better than my last visit to desoto. the room was clean and the full-size queen beds were super comfortable, which made for a good rest. the hot water was available quickly and everything felt safe and secure.
